We are actively seeking experienced professionals in air, sea, and road freight forwarding with a passion for end-to-end logistics and aviation shipping to join our team as a Freight Forwarder in Teesside.

Job Description

As a Freight Forwarder, you will work within the European team's Freight Branch, handling critical tasks including:

  • Managing import and export freight bookings, encompassing pricing, quotations, shipping coordination, and customs documentation.
  • Overseeing transportation documents (e.g., bookings, bills of lading, loading confirmations) and arranging carrier nominations, including hauliers, shipping lines, airlines, and GSAs, aligned with customer requirements
  • Preparing additional customs documents (ISF, COO, clearance documentation, etc.) to facilitate smooth international transit.
  • Conducting customer rate analyses, managing route guidance, and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and understanding individual client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder with:

  • 2+ years' experience in air, sea, or road freight forwarding, with skills in both import and export.
