TEESSIDE (Ref 674) PERMANENT

£25k - £27.5k + early finish Friday!

Are you looking to establish yourself in the world of HR while continually developing your experience? Want to learn from an inspirational and down to earth Head of HR? This is the perfect opportunity to progress your HR career in a fast growing business. You will have experience in an HR Administration role, and if you aren’t already qualified, the business will fund Level 3 CIPD.

What’s involved?

You’ll support the Head of HR with a range of activities from hire to retire including:

  • Setting up new starters on the HR System
  • Process leaver information
  • Collate all overtime and Toil (time off in lieu) sheets for Payroll
  • Organise induction training
  • Manage Training & Development Activities for the site
  • Managing the Bright HR HUB
  • Gathering HR data

As there is a small headcount the role will also include reception duties until the business grows and the role becomes purely HR

  • Reception duties

  • Book meeting rooms
  • Allow deliveries access in line with site specification
