Key Responsibilities:
- Generating high-quality leads through telesales, social media, and marketing activities
- Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities
- Booking appointments for the field sales team and assisting in converting leads into successful deals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
- Following up on leads from various sources, including cold and warm calls, as well as the company website
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales and lead generation, with a track record of delivering results
- Interest in IT and technology, with the ability to understand and promote technical products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building
