We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our client’s sales team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding client's needs and recommending tailored solutions. This role offers potential to earn uncapped commission, plus additional bonus schemes.
What Will You Be Doing?- Use telephone and social media outreach to generate and qualify new leads.
- Understand clients' current usage, requirements, and challenges through targeted questioning.
- Clearly articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of our services and products.
- Offer tailored solutions to meet clients' business needs.
- Conduct online research on clients to enhance your approach.
- Generate pre-quote documentation to assist the sales team in providing quotes or sales orders.
- Proven experience in providing exceptional telephone-based customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
- Able to handle challenges and setbacks with a positive attitude.
