CRP Group are recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator on behalf of their client who are the fastest growing de-vegetation and rope access provider in the UK.

The business is looking for a Senior Administrator with HR capabilities to join their team. This position will combine administrative and HR support to ensure smooth day to day operations in the office. Then role is based in their head office in Middlesbrough, 5 days a week.

As a Senior HR Administrator, your duties will include:

Administrative Support:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for senior management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, both digital and physical.
  • Coordinate and manage key administrative projects to support business objectives.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and preparing contracts.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate employee records and timely submissions.
  • Provide first-line HR support to employees, addressing queries and escalating complex issues.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and GDPR.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

The successful Senior HR Administrator will have/ be:

  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Great attention to detail when completing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally with HR support experience.
  • A professional, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Industry experience in desirable but not essential
