BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client in Middlesbrough on a permanent basis.This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge. This role is fully site based for the first month and then hybrid working is available (3 days on site/2 days from home).Key Benefits:

Your Responsibilities include:
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR and Employee Relations issues.
  • Manage day to day HR issues including ER cases.
  • Provide training to management to reduce absenteeism.
  • Support with the HR agenda including wellbeing and DE&I.
  • Policy work and development.
  • Working with international team.
  You will need:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
  • Strong ER case management experience.
  • Strong employment law knowledge.
  • Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position.
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
