2nd Support Engineer
Location: Middlesbrough
Contract Duration: 3-6 months
Daily Rate: 190 - 200 (Inside IR35)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated 2nd Support Engineer to provide exceptional IT support within a busy environment. You will be responsible for supporting 120 users across a sprawling 4500-acre area. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Teams, and O365 environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer and CCTV-related problems.
- Assist in the deployment of new systems and applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve systems and processes.
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Office 365.
- Experience with printer and CCTV systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license (onsite company vehicle provided).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
