IT TechnicianMidddlesbrough/Hybrid£25,000 - £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to staff across the operation, ensuring all systems are running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of office and production line IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing best practices in data protection.
• Support the rollout of new software and system upgrades.
• Assist with project work, including IT infrastructure improvements and system migrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a first-line IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and network troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of IT security practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
