About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will represent clients in various civil litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury cases, real estate disputes, medical malpractice lawsuits, and more. You will work with clients throughout the entire process, from initial consultation through trial and appeals, ensuring the best possible outcomes in a wide range of civil cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into client cases, gathering relevant evidence, witness statements, and other materials necessary for a strong case.
  • Client Consultation and Advice: Advise clients on their legal rights and options, providing strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.
  • Filing Documents to Court: Prepare and file the necessary legal documents to ensure the proper progression of cases within the court system.
  • Drafting Pleas: Draft legal pleadings, motions, and responses for court submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Representation in Civil Trials: Represent clients in court during civil trials, advocating for their best interests in front of judges and juries.
  • Evidence Gathering and Witness Investigation: Gather and present evidence to support your client’s case, including conducting witness interviews and reviewing documentary evidence.
  • Depositions: Arrange and conduct depositions, ensuring all relevant information is collected from parties involved.
  • Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes and resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Appealing Court Decisions: Manage and represent clients in the appeals process if necessary, ensuring legal rights are protected and pursuing further legal remedies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Attorney with experience in civil litigation.
  • Strong background in handling cases related to landlord-tenant disputes, personal injury, real estate, medical malpractice, and other civil matters.
