Our client isseeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join theirteam. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and assisting with office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, files, and databases.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and GDPR regulations.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
This position is temporary to permanent and you will work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. This role also benefits from free parking
