Our clientOur client is a complex heavy manufacturing plant looking to recruit an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager.  The opportunityAs Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to an established engineering & maintenance team.  You will look to embed an effective proactive and preventative maintenance strategy throughout the site whilst looking to maximise asset effectiveness through process improvement activities and developing business cases for additional technology upgrades.  About youAs an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will provide effective leadership, management and coaching of your team to reach their full potential whilst maximising availability of equipment to create capacity for continued growth.  You will have previous experience in raising standards & expectations within the team, to enable the team to really understand what can actually be achieved.  Working closely throughout the team you will have experience in supporting new product development launch and also the development of effective business cases for asset upgrades/technologies.  This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business at the forefront of their industry and sector.
