iO Associates have recently partnered with a pioneering Chemical/Gas company who are on the lookout for an EC&I Engineer to join them on a new project. This project will be ongoing for 6-months with high potential for extension due to the nature of the works.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Electrical Engineering Engineering support for all areas of the plant. Grain intake to Ethanol, DDGS and Co2 export
  • Contribution towards the success of all shutdowns. Annual, CIP and unplanned stops. This will involve planned and also arising work.
  • Take a lead in all EC&I breakdowns returning plant/equipment beck to service in a safe manner as quickly as possible utilising all available resources at disposal
  • Ensure that housekeeping and visual standards are a fundamental part of all planned activities, and where necessary ensure time is planned for clean-up etc.



Qualifications
* Candidates must have proven experience of working as an electrical, controls and instrumentation engineer on multiple chemical projects.
* Candidates should hold a degree in electrical, electronic, automation, or other related engineering discipline, or HNC alongside demonstrable experience.
