About the Role: 

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day office operations run seamlessly. This is a varied and interesting role where there will always be opportunities to learn something new and add to your growing skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the office.
  • Answering the phone to clients, greeting walk-in customers, and dealing with client requests.
  • Scheduling work and managing appointments.
  • Sending invoice reminders and contacting customers about outstanding invoices.
  • Conducting VAT returns and payroll duties (training will be provided).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-organised.
  • Comfortable speaking with members of the public and able to maintain a polite, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
