About the Role:Â
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day office operations run seamlessly. This is a varied and interesting role where there will always be opportunities to learn something new and add to your growing skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the office.
- Answering the phone to clients, greeting walk-in customers, and dealing with client requests.
- Scheduling work and managing appointments.
- Sending invoice reminders and contacting customers about outstanding invoices.
- Conducting VAT returns and payroll duties (training will be provided).
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organised.
- Comfortable speaking with members of the public and able to maintain a polite, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
