Packaging Technologist- Middlesborough area (site-based) – £30k- £42k
Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a global consumer goods manufacturer, who are looking for a bright and analytical technologist candidate to join their quality team in the Tees Valley region. This global business is home to some fantastic household name brands.
In this role you will be involved in the NPD process for packaging, responsible for the material retrial process, liaise with and visit suppliers to approve materials, and assist with the development of new and existing packaging.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials (films, papers, cartons etc)
- Understanding of ISO standards
- An engineering/ quality background
- Experience working with suppliers
