- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration into payroll processes. Sage being the main system used.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for improvement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with employees across various departments.
