We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at a leading food production facility. This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all our food products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to upholding industry standards.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct regular quality assessments on all incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and logs.
  • Keep up with the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to discuss quality control issues and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control training programs for production staff.
  • Participate in routine sanitary checks on processing equipment and the production environment.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality, providing detailed reports of each case.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
