Role Overview:

Initially, you will start in an Administration role, with opportunities to transition into Call Handling as you gain the necessary knowledge. Your responsibilities will include handling general administrative tasks related to the calls you manage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls regarding fines and provide guidance on payment processes
  • Address written queries and manage general administration tasks
  • Distribute post and perform photocopying and filing
  • Create and update records on the in-house computer system
  • Enter data accurately and undertake ad hoc duties as required by the client
  • Manage incoming calls, callbacks, and offer support to individuals experiencing difficulties with payments
  • Take appropriate action for non-payment cases and handle spreadsheets, calls, and warrants

  • DBS: Standard DBS check required
  • Contract Duration: Initial 3-month assignment, with potential for extension
