Salary: up to £55,000 based on experience.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our projects, ensuring cost control, efficiency, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage project costs throughout the lifecycle.
- Assess, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project variations and valuations to ensure cost control.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure financial viability and efficiency.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project costs and progress.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Proficiency in relevant software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
