We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist who can ensure our client’s premises remain secure, welcoming, and efficiently managed during holiday and sickness cover periods.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key holder for the premises, responsible for opening and locking the building.
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring all sign in and out appropriately.
  • Handle post in and out and maintain orderly records.
  • Conduct daily checks of the building, including housekeeping, litter collection, leaf removal, and gritting external pathways.
  • Adjust heating settings as required and maintain all building information, including tenant out of hours and contact lists.
  • Manage supplies such as janitorial products, lights, and stationery.
  • Issue and record petty cash transactions.
  • Arrange keys, key signing sheets, and information packs for new tenants.
  • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests, run taps, and flush showers in vacant areas.
  • Perform emergency lighting tests, monthly meter readings, and Legionella testing.
  • Organise a full fire evacuation test annually.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and conduct viewings of vacant suites, passing sales enquiries to the relevant person.
