Location: StocktonContract: Temporary Position, 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM)Hourly Rate: £12.25 per hour, paid weekly through OA
We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist (Service Department) to join our client, a prestigious car dealership in Stockton.
About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:

Handling Inbound Calls - Answering calls from customers to book service appointments or address service-related inquiries.

Data Entry - Accurately recording customer and vehicle information into the system.

Managing Queries - Resolving customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Welcoming Customers - Providing a friendly and professional first impression upon arrival at the dealership.
