Your Role:

As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Use your sales, business development, and marketing skills to attract business from client companies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular visits and understanding their unique needs.
  • Social Media Savvy: Advertise positions, engage with candidates, and build relationships through social media.
  • Headhunting: Identify and approach potential candidates using headhunting strategies.
  • Expert Matching: Use candidate databases to match individuals to client vacancies.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the candidate process from application review to interviews and creating tailored shortlists.
  • Candidate Guidance: Ensure candidates understand job responsibilities.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews and facilitate connections between clients and candidates.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance to clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career advancement.
  • Target-Oriented: Meet placement goals and generate new business leads.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess and enhance recruitment strategies and techniques.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Package: Base salary up to £30k DOE.
  • Performance Rewards: Salary review after the probation period, annual end-of-year bonus (5% of salary based on company sales targets & 5% based on individual performance).
  • Work-Life Balance: 29 days Annual Leave, increasing to 34 plus Bank Holidays. Working Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-3.30pm, and the option to work from home once per week.
  • Commission: Our commission scheme is both competitive and uncapped.
