About Us: We are a leading recruitment company with over 40 years of experience in the sector. Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Teesside.

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in our UK Chemicals team, focusing on permanentrecruitment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your client relationships. No outbound sales is required in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Source and recruit candidates, leveraging social media to promote opportunities.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain credible relationships within the industry.
  • Undertake project work and additional duties as needed.

Requirements:
