**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct repair and maintenance of site plant and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Oversee the safe operation of blasting and painting equipment.
- Assist in commissioning new equipment and integrating it into existing systems.
- Support ISO certification maintenance.
- Perform scheduled PUWER assessments for equipment.
- Implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in plant mechanics in a dynamic environment.
- Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent experience required.
- Knowledge of heavy plant machinery maintenance, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Flexible working hours and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Understanding of health and safety requirements.
