A global SaaS business with a strong reputation for creating tech for good scalable software products are looking for their next Senior .NET Developer! These solutions will support markets such as security, transport and the emergency services.
About the role :
In a medium sized development team you will design software for a range of systems from large, distributed systems to small individual software components and apps.
As this is a Senior role, naturally the junior members will turn to you for guidance whilst you will still have plenty of knowledgeable Lead Developers and a Development Manager to lean on for your own coaching / development needs.
Working as Senior .NET Developer in this cross functional team you will:
- Design and build .NET/C# applications both from scratch and improve existing systems.
- Apply object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
- Consider MVVM and Clean Architecture
- Write API’s
- Play a role in code reviews

To succeed in this role you’ll need to have:
- Commercial experience in C#, .NET where you have multiple projects under your belt where you have created high-quality software solutions.
- Likely undertaken a few different software engineering roles where you have gained valuable knowledge that you can share with your team
- A good track record of writing clean, efficient, and reusable code and unit tests.
- Experience of giving technical support and guidance to other team members and have participated with code reviews.
Key info:
- Pays up to £55,000 plus annual bonus
- 28 days Holiday plus UK Bank Holidays
- 1 day a week in office with free parking
- Paid industry recognised qualifications
- Must have the right to work in the UK, no sponsorship is available and due to the background checks you must have been living and working in the UK for the last 3 years
