Are you passionate about helping children with special educational needs (SEN)? We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced SEN support staff to join our friendly team at a welcoming school in Middlesbrough.

About the School: Our school is dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for students with various additional needs, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), speech and language difficulties, and specific learning disabilities. We focus on providing personalized education to ensure every child gets the support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You'll Do:

  • Offer one-on-one and group support to students with SEN.
  • Help develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to build a strong support network for students.
