RG Consultancy are working with a fast growing distribution company in Middlewich who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk. You will join a small but growing finance team and report back to the Finance Manager. This is a newly created role to support with continued company growth.

The Role
- To manage the end-to-end Purchase Ledger process for the business
- Process high volume purchase invoices (around 500 weekly)
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparation of payment runs
- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
- Resolve any accounts queries via phone and email
The Person
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Clerk or similar accounts role
- Able to deal with high volume invoices and work at an efficient pace
- An AAT qualification would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience using SAGE
- Strong to advanced I.T skills are essential
