We are working with a global leader in their field to find an experienced IT Support Specialist to join the IT Department during an exciting development phase. To be suitable for the role, you will need experience with the majority of the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT projects, including migrations and server builds.
  • Provide first-second line support and technical assistance to internal employees and remote workers.
  • Maintain and secure the organisation’s infrastructure, ensuring system integrity.
  • Collaborate with third-party engineers to design, test, troubleshoot and update EDI interfaces.
  • Occasionally attend remote sites, and will need a valid driving license.

Technical Skills:

  • Able to administer router configurations, networking, and security.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10/11, Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and SFTP user setup and support.
  • At least 2 years of experience in 1st/2nd line support roles.

General Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Eager to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
