Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Road Freight Account Manager to join our client's well established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring their logistics needs are met with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and logistics requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to expand service offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and progress.
