Maintenance Engineer 

Full time Permanent 

0600-1400 / 1300-2100 Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday mornings

Futures Recruitment are currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Engineer for our client's unique supplier of superior, distinctive and innovative products in Midhurst on a full-time and permanent basis,

The main responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer will be to inspect and determine the operating condition of equipment and machinery. 

If you are a skilled maintenance engineer with the ability to troubleshoot, fault find and problem solve we want to hear from you. 

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Engineering Maintenance practices 
  • Procurement of critical spares and tools 
  • Inclusion and or attendance for in house H&S training

With your daily tasks (not limited too) 

  • Apply fault finding procedures to establish nature of breakdowns and implement effective repairs 
  • Conduct inspections, checks and maintenance in accordance to the PPM schedule 
  • Indentify material specifications

About you: 

Experienced in the Mechanical or Electrical Fields 

Computer literate

Self motivated 

Good communication and written skills 

2 years Manufacturing experience 

Welding and Pipework experience

Have a high attention to detail and hold a diplomatic approach.
