As the incoming Payroll Advisor, you will be tasked with the following:
- Processing payroll and maintaining accurate records
- Managing the time and attendance system and ensuring accurate timesheet data
- Handling payroll queries and updating employee records for contractual changes
- Supporting HR with onboarding, employment checks, and maintaining records
- Coordinating training and acting as the lead for BSI compliance
- Being the first point of contact for payroll queries on-site
