We are excited to be working with a family- run and growing plant hire business in Haddenham, to recruit a Customer Service/ Sales Executive to join their buzzy team!
As the Customer Service/ Sales Executive, you will be following up on warm leads and lapsed clients to organise meetings for the sales team and increase sales.
Responsibilities include:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work closely with field sales team to organise client visits
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Follow up with customers on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work with Hire team to provide quotes
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work with sales team to develop sales strategies and follow up with lapsed clients
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Send qualified leads to account managers to follow up with
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Record all information accurately on company database
Skills and experience required:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Customer Service and a passion for people!
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â - Desire to learn and progress

This is a full time office based role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
