easyHotel has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Manager to join the team based in their Milton Keynes hotel. You will work on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary.

As our Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the recruitment, engagement & development of the hotel team, making sure they deliver a great experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Hotel manager or someone that has worked as an assitant hotel manager looking for their next step in there career.

  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Supervise day-to-day hotel operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. 
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. 
  • Provide guidance and support to front office and housekeeping staff. 
  1. Guest Relations:
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. 
  • Implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. 
  1. Quality Management: 
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards across all aspects of the hotel. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall product.
