This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, mentoring junior team members, and playing a key role in the delivery of high-quality audit and accountancy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and delivering audit assignments for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Reviewing accounts and tax computations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members, providing training and support.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard.
  • Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities for growth.
Skills & Experience:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist.
  • At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong audit and accounts preparation experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
