We're working with a nationally respected Top 15 practice - part of a global network - who are actively recruiting an Audit Senior to join their high-performing team. You’ll be joining a people-first firm with a brilliant culture, flexible working, and a genuine focus on your development.

What the role looks like:

As an Audit Senior, you’ll lead on a range of audit assignments for clients across a variety of sectors. You’ll plan and deliver audits with a risk-focused approach, work closely with managers and partners, and start bringing your own ideas to the table to improve processes and add value.

You'll be hands-on throughout the audit cycle - from planning and fieldwork to finalisation - and will also play a key role in supporting and developing junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What they’re looking for:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in external audit within an accountancy practice
  • Confident managing audits from planning to completion
  • Strong technical knowledge, including recent accounting standard updates
  • Experience using software such as CaseWare, Excel and Word
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and building relationships
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Commercially aware, with a proactive mindset and eye for improvement
  • Supportive, collaborative and committed to team development
  • Positive, solutions-focused and keen to make an impact
