Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing the corporate tax department, ensuring excellent client service.
  • Providing high-level corporate tax advisory services to a range of businesses.
  • Managing complex tax projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.
  • Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering strategic tax advice.
  • Working closely with Partners to drive business development and client growth.
  • Mentoring and developing a team of tax professionals.
Requirements
  • ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and developing client relationships.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
