Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the corporate tax department, ensuring excellent client service.
- Providing high-level corporate tax advisory services to a range of businesses.
- Managing complex tax projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.
- Identifying tax planning opportunities and delivering strategic tax advice.
- Working closely with Partners to drive business development and client growth.
- Mentoring and developing a team of tax professionals.
- ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
- Proven experience in managing a team and developing client relationships.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
