Butler Rose is partnering with a rapidly expanding international business based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes to recruit a Financial Accountant into their growing finance team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, reconciliations and process improvements, supporting the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and manage multi-currency transactions.
- Assist with external audits, VAT returns and tax compliance.
- Support the implementation of new financial systems, ensuring smooth integration.
- Ensure accurate billing processes and charge allocations.
- Communicate effectively with international franchisees, requiring strong written and verbal skills.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency across the finance function.
About You:
- Part-Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or QBE with strong financial reporting experience.
- Confident in bank reconciliations, multi-currency transactions and system implementations.
- Previous exposure to audit or internal controls is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
