Keystream are currently supporting a busy charity who are actively seeking aninterim Financial Controllerto start ASAP (no later than mid March ideally), for an initial 3 month assignment, but with the potential for additional extensions.

Here as the FC, you will be a key member of a small close knit team, reporting to/supporting the FD with a range of responsibilities, your role will include both the BAU day to day FC / financial management duties as well as a number of local improvement, CIP and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities will include -
  • Supporting year end finance reporting
  • Finance modelling
  • Supporting and accurately reporting CIP initiatives working with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Management accounting responsibilities
  • Forecasting and financial report generation
  • Financial dashboard development
  • Analyse and report finance variances, budgeting and forecasting
  • Core budget management
  • Costing for bids / tenders
  • Assist in the development and drive financial process improvement to ensure financial control
Hard working with an outgoing personality you will be a credible engaging FC with at least 5 years experience in a Finance Controller post - whilst the role is based within the Health sector candidates with relevant experience from any sector will be considered. Some understanding of private health and or NHS would be useful but is not essential.

You must however be a fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) - finance professional with a proven track record and excellent verbal and written / report writing budget management skills.
