Location: Milton Keynes
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Financial Controller to join their team in Milton Keynes on an interim basis.
What you'll do:
As a Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Own the month end processes, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
- Oversee & review all financial schedules, ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage cashflow including forecast
- Review aged debtors/creditors reports and provide monthly updates to Finance Director.
- Review new deal contracts and apply revenue recognition policy.
- Assist with year-end group audit, lead on local UK statutory audits.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Financial Controller position brings:
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
* Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
* Experience with cash management forecasting.
This client is paying c£450pd and offers hybrid work
