Butler Rose is pleased to be supporting an established SME with realistic growth plans over the next five years with the recruitment of an ambitious Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-growing, dynamic business based in Milton Keynes.
In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance, while playing a key role in strategic planning and decision-making. You'll manage a small finance team, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure financial accuracy and support business performance.

What you'll need:
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within e-commerce or product-based environments
- Strong technical proficiency in financial systems and Excel
- A proactive, analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
