Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the budgeting process, ensuring seamless consolidation of subsidiary budgets while providing strategic insights.
  • Review monthly reporting and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Assist in crafting comprehensive Group full-year and interim financial statements, showcasing your financial acumen.
  • Take charge of the annual budgeting process for central companies, leading the preparation of a consolidated budget that reflects strategic goals.
  • Ensure accuracy in central management accounts, playing a key role in decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of central and consolidated forecasts, utilizing your analytical skills to inform strategic direction.
  • Coordinate impactful Group board presentations, translating complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Manage the treasury administration for the Group, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of balance sheet reconciliations, reinforcing financial integrity.
  • Play a vital role in assisting with the Group payroll process as needed, demonstrating your versatility.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, with a passion for finance and a drive for excellence.
  • Advanced Excel skills (minimum intermediate) coupled with a solid understanding of data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus, allowing you to leverage data for strategic insights.
