Key Responsibilities:

Drive the budgeting process, ensuring seamless consolidation of subsidiary budgets while providing strategic insights.
Review monthly reporting and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Assist in crafting comprehensive Group full-year and interim financial statements, showcasing your financial acumen.
Take charge of the annual budgeting process for central companies, leading the preparation of a consolidated budget that reflects strategic goals.
Ensure accuracy in central management accounts, playing a key role in decision-making.
Support the preparation of central and consolidated forecasts, utilizing your analytical skills to inform strategic direction.
Coordinate impactful Group board presentations, translating complex data into compelling narratives.
Manage the treasury administration for the Group, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
Conduct thorough reviews of balance sheet reconciliations, reinforcing financial integrity.
Play a vital role in assisting with the Group payroll process as needed, demonstrating your versatility.

Skills and Qualifications:

ACA or ACCA qualified, with a passion for finance and a drive for excellence.
