Are you looking for a Finance role where you will get to work in all aspects of Accounts?

A company with sites in both Milton Keynes and Aylesbury are seeking a Management Accountant who can take responsibility for preparing Management Accounts but also be flexible and post purchase ledge invoices as needed.

This role will be full time in office and split across the two sites so it is essential you can travel to both Milton Keynes and Aylesbury.

The role is supported by a very experienced and dynamic Finance Director who works across the multiple sites of the business as well.

The role requires good IT knowledge and also a good level on Excel. If you have Sage experience this will be advantageous but not essential.

This role is based full time in the office.

Duties include:

  • Taking day-to-day responsibility for the finance function
  • Providing finance support to the FD
  • Provide weekly reporting
  • Monthly reconciliation reports for the preparing Management Accounts
  • Weekly sales invoicing
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Monthly payment runs
  • Credit control
  • Weekly KPI reports

The client is looking for someone who has worked in an accounts role for a minimum of 2-4 years and is able to get things done without being asked. It is essential that you are proactive in your approach and able to work to deadlines. The FD is looking for someone who can help him to drive the business so a great role for someone who wants to get into the detail.
