Management Accountant

Salary: 45,000 - 48,000

Location: Milton Keynes

As a Management Accountant, your primary responsibility will be the production of accurate and timely regional financial statements. You will ensure these are prepared in line with generally accepted accounting principles on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate for this role will bring a wealth of experience from a commercially focused finance environment. You should possess or be studying towards ACCA, ACA, CIMA

About you:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and associated reporting.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
  • Review and analyse P&L fluctuations..
  • Build relationships with local teams across the region to ensure successful month end financial statements.
  • Directly manage the annual physical inventory of fixed assets.
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA and actively studying towards.
  • Strong knowledge of balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good functional ERP system knowledge related to accounting.
  • Strong organisation skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
