Broster Buchanan are hiring for a Part-Time Tax Manager for a leading charitable organisation. This is a remote role on a rolling contract (expected to last 3-6 months) The company are flexible on the part-time hours so happy to consider different working patterns. The role comes with a daily rate of circa £400-£500 per day. Responsibilities include: 
  • Overseeing and managing all aspects of direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting for the UK and overseas entities.
  • Developing and implementing tax planning strategies to minimise tax liabilities and optimise tax efficiency.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns, VAT returns, and other related documentation.
  • Monitoring changes in tax legislation and assessing their impact on the company’s operations.
  • Providing strategic tax advice and support to senior management and other departments.
  • Conducting regular reviews and audits of tax processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Manage tax risk and ensure adherence to all relevant tax policies and controls.
