An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bookkeeper / Bookkeeping Manager to join our client, a dynamic and growing mid-sized accounting firm based in Milton Keynes. This role offers a blend of office-based and remote work, providing plenty of flexibility for the right candidate.

Role Overview:
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of bills and expenses
- Support VAT preparation
- Support Year End Accounts preparation
- Daily communications with clients
- Dealing with any other client requests
- Reviewing work for the team
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients
- Maintain customer relationships
- Helping to develop/train the junior members of the team
Ideal candidate?
- Previous experience in practice
- Knowledge of Xero, Sage, Quickbooks software would be advantageous
- Great attention to detail
- Has the ability to think outside the box when it comes to client challenges
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
