The starting salary for this position will be £24,000 plus company bonus, full training and comprehensive benefits.

The Role:

This hybrid-working role will involve supporting clients' adhering to company policies and procedures. FULL training and in-depth induction will be provided to learn the process and to know everything about what our client does.

Service is at the heart of everything they do, with a real emphasis on developing staff from within - a full and clear career path is available.

Whilst providing administrative support you will be developing solid relationships with colleagues across the business, dealing with their requirements as needed, whilst building excellent relationships with external clients across the UK.

Following a proven process, you will be creating and processing documents accurately and in accordance with service levels, maintaining up to date records, understanding instructions and following through with these instructions in a timely and efficient manner.

Compliance forms a large part of what our client does, in order to meet strict legal requirements as well as internal policies and procedures.

Communication is key, with your colleagues within the team, line managers and external clients.

The Person:

You will be confident, a clear communicator, with excellent all-round administrative skills - keen to develop your own long-term career within their business.
