We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a fast-paced membership team within a reputable company at the top of their game.

As an Administrator you will have solid administration and customer service experience as well as being an excellent communicator and team player.

Key responsibilities of an Administrator

  • Handling a high volume of applications and enquiries through multiple channels
  • Maintaining and updating relevant systems to accurately record enquiries
  • Reviewing all applications and licenses to detect and prevent fraudulent applications
  • Performing administration tasks including updating user records and producing letters
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required

Key skills and experience required for an Administrator

  • Administration experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
