As an Administrator you will have solid administration and customer service experience as well as being an excellent communicator and team player.

Key responsibilities of an Administrator
- Handling a high volume of applications and enquiries through multiple channels
- Maintaining and updating relevant systems to accurately record enquiries
- Reviewing all applications and licenses to detect and prevent fraudulent applications
- Performing administration tasks including updating user records and producing letters
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
Key skills and experience required for an Administrator
- Administration experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
