Are you ready to be a driving force behind the success of future financial professionals? We invite you to embark on an opportunity with the ICAEW as an Applications Executive.

An Application Executive is a vital part of the ICAEW team based in Milton Keynes. This role is responsible for managing applications across a range of products, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of central student data, and overseeing the application and awarding process of ICAEW membership and associated qualifications.

Role Profile

To support students and those studying with ICAEW from initial registration through qualification and into membership. Delivering professional and efficient processing of all registrations/applications and ensuring a high level of support and great customer service is delivered at every interaction to uphold the ICAEWs reputation.

Responsibilities include:* To process applications for students, members and for other ICAEW licences and qualifications within targeted turnaround times, while maintaining adherence to ICAEW regulations and bye-laws.

* To create and maintain registration, qualification, training and admission records relating to students, ensuring that the data is accurate and up to date.

* Make outbound telephone calls to contact individuals in relation to their applications, and to support students into membership in line with ICAEW growth targets.

* Work to challenging targets and through peak periods while maintaining excellence in service through every student/member interaction, adding value where possible to result in a positive customer experience.

* Keep under review business processes to ensure that they remain fit for purpose, are effective and regulations compliant; logging incidents when system issues occur and taking ownership of managing incidents and change requests through to completion.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:* Proven ability to prioritise and deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment. Working to challenging daily and monthly targets* Excellent communicator both written and verbal, emulating ICAEWs professional image. Managing all internal staff and external user enquiries with empathy and support * Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy with large volume data processing * Proven ability to prioritise and deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment. Working to challenging daily and monthly targets* Good IT skills with Microsoft systems and experience in a contact management system.
