Your new companyHays is working with a global leading luxury goods conglomerate, renowned for its prestigious brands and commitment to excellence. Looking for a proactive operation support administrator that can Your new roleAs an Operations Support Administrator, you will work closely with the Operations Specialists to ensure all manual orders are captured and processed in line with SLAs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Placing online orders where necessary.
  • Solving order management issues.
  • Generating commercial invoices.
  • Performing any ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Developing internal relationships within brands to promote operational excellence.
  • Responding to all queries and issues related to orders in a courteous and timely manner
  • Managing logistics, including ensuring all orders have a shipping date in line with the warehouse schedule, creating and assisting logistics partners in obtaining bookings with retailers, and managing courier claims.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in SAP or AX.
  • French or Italian language skills are advantageous but not essential.
