- Assist the project manager in managing projects.
- Book meetings for the project manager.
- Amend quotation schedules as requested by customers.
- Follow projects from qualification to order.
- Answer customer queries via telephone and email.
- Plan and control tasks and deadlines.
Requirements for a successful Project Support
- Previous Project experience is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience managing sales processes.
