Experienced in your field, you will provide ‘first class’ service to a number of stakeholders including UK based customers and service operations.Your tasks
  • Spare parts administration – generating quotations in SAP
  • Taking spare part order requests from customers and engineers
  • Answering phone calls from internal and external customers
  • Placing spares orders with suppliers and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels
  • Proactively sell spares to increase spares turnover
  • Invoicing service orders
  • Invoice queries
  • Uploading invoices and relevant documents to customer online portals
  • Daily reports to identify and correct orders stuck in error queues
  • Weekly (or at request) revenue reports for the Service Director
  • Key account monthly invoicing and asset list maintenance and management
  • Ad hoc customer reports

  • Experience of a performance managed environment, including working to SLA's and achieving KPI's
