- Spare parts administration – generating quotations in SAP
- Taking spare part order requests from customers and engineers
- Answering phone calls from internal and external customers
- Placing spares orders with suppliers and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels
- Proactively sell spares to increase spares turnover
- Invoicing service orders
- Invoice queries
- Uploading invoices and relevant documents to customer online portals
- Daily reports to identify and correct orders stuck in error queues
- Weekly (or at request) revenue reports for the Service Director
- Key account monthly invoicing and asset list maintenance and management
- Ad hoc customer reports
